RETURNS POLICY
WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION THAT HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, ARE WITHOUT STAINS OR SIGNS OF WEAR, AND WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ALL TAGS ATTACHED.
Where provided, belts, dust bags or any other accessories must also be included to complete your return. Items that are returned with signs of wear, tags missing, or are returned outside of our 30 day window will be refused.
We do not currently offer free returns. You are responsible for the cost of your return. We advise booking a return through our portal, which is likely to be more cost effective than arranging a return yourself.
In the event we do not receive your return, we require your proof of postage in the form of a receipt, preferably with tracking included. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this is unable to be provided.

HOW TO RETURN ONLINE
To make a return, please visit our RETURNS PORTAL HERE
1. Enter your order number and email address
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reasons for your return
3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a QR code or you can print your returns label
4. Download your returns label and attach to your parcel. You may need to go to your nearest drop off point
Returns may take a few days to reach us. We strive to process returns as soon as they arrive, however, during sales periods or around public holidays, please allow up to 28 days for your return to be processed.
RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?
We are sorry that you received a faulty item.
It may not be necessary for you to process a return and could, in fact, slow things down. Please contact customer support and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
REFUNDS
Please allow 10 working days from the date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed.
Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to the original method of payment. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
FINAL SALE PRODUCTS (USA & CANADA ONLY)
NOTE: All items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund. Final Sale items are all clearly marked on the product page under the price.
ORDER CANCELLATION
We are happy to cancel any orders before they are processed by our warehouse, however we cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations due to the volume of orders being received. Please contact us as soon as possible if a cancellation is required.
